Role Overview:
We are looking for a Data Analytics Lead to transform data into actionable insights, drive business intelligence, and optimize decision-making through advanced analytics. This role requires strong analytical expertise, business acumen, and a deep understanding of data-driven strategies.Key Responsibilities:
- Data Strategy & Insights: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize business performance.
- Data Modeling & Analysis: Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization to uncover trends.
- Business Intelligence (BI): Design and implement dashboards and reporting systems for real-time decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with leadership, product, and marketing teams to align data insights with business goals.
- Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Automation & AI Integration: Leverage AI/ML tools to enhance data analytics capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 8+ years in data analytics, BI, or data science roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, storytelling through data, and stakeholder communication.
