At EmergeAI Technologies Pvt Ltd, we are delighted to celebrate Ira Agarwal, our Founder & Board Chair, being featured in the Class Notes section of Wharton Magazine’s Fall/Winter 2026 edition.
A Wharton AMP 85 alumna, Ira has translated her executive education learnings into building EmergeAI Technologies Pvt Ltd and AIM Elevate Ventures, guided by responsible technological innovation, effective governance and meaningful social impact.
This journey has brought several meaningful milestones. EmergeAI Technologies was featured on the Nasdaq Tower in Times Square, New York, while AIM Elevate Ventures was showcased by the Wharton Alumnae Founders and Funders Association (WAFFA).
The Er. Ira Agarwal Gold Medal has also been instituted at her engineering alma mater to recognize excellence in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, encouraging future engineers to explore these fields.
Through AIM Elevate Ventures’ Community Health Awareness Initiative, collaboration with premier educational institutions, MBA students and engineering interns is connecting academic learning with community needs.
Further strengthening her commitment to responsible leadership, Ira has completed Wharton’s Corporate Governance Online program, deepening her understanding of board oversight and accountability. Her second research paper, exploring Agentic AI in corporate governance, has been published in a Scopus-indexed journal ranked Q1 by SCImago—advancing her work at the intersection of AI and governance.
Alongside entrepreneurship and research, Ira has pursued her passion for writing. Her books, “Quantum Hearts of Kailasha” and “Decoding the Algorithm of the Infinite,” have earned her recognition as an Amazon bestselling author. She credits her Wharton experience with giving her the confidence to pursue this creative aspiration alongside building organizations.
